Momzie is a term for a cool mom
We believe every mom is cool and deserves to feel like one.
Being a mom is an amazing, rewarding and vital role, howeever it can also be exhausting and stressful.
That's why we've created momzies program for moms with young children
aged 0-4 years old. You can bring your child with you and enjoy various activities while our babysitters take good care of the little one.
You can also meet other moms, stay fit and healthy with our personal trainer and discover new things from different professional guest speakers.
We'll begin the retreat with a welcoming introduction session, where everyone will have the chance to share a bit about themselves. Following that, we'll introduce our friendly babysitters who will be entrusted with the care of your children, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat's activities and enjoy some quality time.
Throughout the retreat, we'll partake in energizing exercises designed to bolster the strength of both body and mind. Each hour will bring a new and dynamic workout, ranging from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to targeted pelvic floor exercises, ensuring a diverse and stimulating fitness experience.

The retreat is tailored for a mother and one child, aiming to provide a restful break. While the presence of two children may slightly alter this experience, we do offer a few spots for mothers with two children under the age of 4, subject to an extra fee.

It's essential to have medical clearance and be free from abdominal pain before joining the retreat post-birth. The retreat is thoughtfully structured to support new mothers, offering a nurturing space for postpartum recovery and overall well-being. It presents an excellent chance to concentrate on self-care, forge connections with fellow mothers, and partake in activities specifically designed for your needs after childbirth.
we suggest bringing along comfortable and suitable clothing for movement-based sessions and activities. Don't forget a swimsuit for both you and your child (including floaters) to take pleasure in the swimming pool. Additionally, pack any personal essentials you might require. Rest assured, a comprehensive packing list will be provided well before your arrival to make sure nothing is forgotten.
Each retreat is uniquely tailored, with variations in guest speakers and activities. Typically, you can expect to engage up to 4 active/fitness sessions, enjoy 1 hour of educational content, and have rest of the day distributed between group playtime, individual activities with your child, or some much-needed personal time to relax and recharge.
The hotel chef will customize each meal to align perfectly with your unique dietary needs and restrictions. Once you've booked your retreat, we'll collect all details about your dietary requirements.
Please note that transportation to the hotel is not provided. Also, any additional food and beverages or spa treatments that are not part of the retreat package will be at your own expense. However, you can look forward to a generous array of delicious meals and plenty of coffee or tea breaks. The retreat offers a comprehensive experience, complete with comfortable and cozy accommodations featuring en-suite bathrooms, a wide range of activities conducted by holistic experts, wholesome and appetizing meals throughout the day, energizing refreshments, and pleasant surprises to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.
We would recommand to consider obtaining travel insurance if you haven't already. This way, you can ensure that any expenses are covered in case of unexpected illness affecting either you or your child, or any health complications that might prevent your attendance at the retreat.
